Start with the 20 questions customers already ask. Short, direct Q&As usually help AI more than long internal documents.
Use customer language
Write questions the way customers write them. "Where is my order?" is better than "Delivery status policy".
Add focused sources
Use pages about pricing, delivery, booking, returns, opening hours, or product guidance. Avoid old campaign pages and unclear internal notes.
Test before launch
Ask simple, unclear, and sensitive questions in AI-lab. If AI should escalate, make that rule explicit.
